tologistiko is an accounting and invoicing service provided at app.tologistiko.com by TKOCY LTD (Reg. HE399700), Panagias Evaggelistrias 89B, 4156 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us").
Access is limited to account holders and their authorised staff. Each account is provided as a private workspace and may not be shared with or resold to third parties without our written agreement.
Where the bank reconciliation feature is enabled, the application reads transaction information from the account holder's own business bank account through Enable Banking, a licensed Account Information Service Provider, under an open banking consent granted by the account holder.
Access is strictly read-only. The application has no ability to initiate, authorise or modify any payment. Consent is time-limited, must be renewed periodically, and can be withdrawn at any time by the account holder through their own bank.
The application may be used to manage invoicing, accounting, customers and related business records. Any attempt to access it without authorisation, to disrupt it, or to use it unlawfully is prohibited.
The application is provided on an "as is" basis. We take reasonable care to keep it available and to protect the data in it, but we give no warranty of uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Features may change over time.
Account holders retain ownership of the data they enter. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, data can be exported on request before the account is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
